I have ten years as a graphic designer and three years ago I decided to make the big jump and I became a UX and UI designer, and I’m loving it. This opened up a whole new world for me.

Interviews, Observation, Surveys
The first steps involved some research, with stakeholders to gather insights about their goals.
¿How they behave? this reveals their needs, and helps to identify problems to solve by design, in order to prioritize features and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
Personas, Scenarios, Synthesis
Here I begin to understand the “why”, analysing the product and data collected , in order to break down the information and skills necessary to achieve required tasks actions and to help me understand user's interaction with the system.
Then finding possible solutions to make the product more efficient , effective and satisfactory for them.

I use wireframes as a visual guide that represents the product structure. Discussing ideas with team members and clients is a key aspect of this process.

Mockups and Prototypes
Then the fun part. Love to make super sexy pixels. Taking the wireframes & userflows into consideration.
Making prototypes in this phase is a quick way to test and validate a product before fully developing it, and you can make them as simple, interactive and beautiful as you need or want.

Development and Technical testing
It’s time to go into the browser and test that everithing works extremely well.
